What is Zero Rotor Motorsports? The Zero Rotor Motorsports Mazda RX7 Zero Rotor Motorsports is the home of a Mazda RX7 that no longer has the stock "Rotary" engine it was built with. Under the hood resides a General Motors-built LS1 aluminum V8 engine. This is my old RX7, with the 350 (mostly) under the hood.  I sold it to a friend of mine, and it's changed hands again since.  I hear the current owner is street racing it.  Haven't seen that happen though. A local gathering of Mazda owners. Once a month, a group of local Mazda owners meets at the Fuddrucker's in Columbia, MD.  I've made it to more meets than the (unfinished) car has. Jeff of Insane Exhaust Fabrication welded up the exhaust for me.
